Joining Process
Job Type: international / Domestic Cruise Job
Salary: Based on your Qualifications, Experience and Interview.
Working Hours: Typically 9 Hours, after 09 Hours you will be eligible to receive overtime payment $ 5-7 per Hour.
Week Off: No week off, you will receive Time Off
Employment Type: Nine Months Fixed Term Contract
This is renewable Contract it will be renewed after Nine months.
Cruise Name and Route: Now this is the hiring for more than one cruise. Your Joining Cruise’s name and route will be stated in your joining letter.
Cost and Charges: Whatever amount is incurred during your joining process, you will have to pay it, the receipt of which you have to keep with you. After joining, the entire amount of salary will be refunded as per the terms and conditions of the company.
Processing Time: From Interview to Joining Letter/Visa, it will take two months time.
Benefits: You will receive Medical Facility (ESCI), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, PF, Food and Accommodation. Two months paid leave during your Nine months Contract.
Leave: Two months paid leave during your Nine months Contract.
Description: Owns up to guest issues, through follow-up and resolving complaints to the satisfaction of the guest. Has knowledge of, and/or obtains the required information to meet with the ship’s standard operation, to help guests and crew with requests.

- High school & Intermediate diploma
- Highest qualification certificate
- Experience letter (If you have experience)
- Passport size photograph
- aadhar card

- STCw, CDC, SID card
- Must be ready to work for various shifts as and when needed.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Team management skills.
- Can work either in a team or as and when needed to be alone.
- Can handle and manage more than one task.
