DNS Course

The DNS (Diploma in Nautical Science) course is your doorway to becoming an internationally recognized seafarer with good remuneration, global opportunities, and the ultimate thrill of adventure on the high seas. What is DNS Course?

DNS (Diploma in Nautical Science) is a 1-year pre-sea training course approved by the Directorate General of Shipping (DG Shipping), Government of India. It is the gateway to becoming a Deck Officer (Captain) of the Merchant Navy.

After finishing DNS, cadets ship out as Deck Cadets, gain sea experience, and then proceed to provide their exams for Second Mate CoC, eventually becoming a Captain.
